TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Usage

The classes can only be used by the named client and cannot be shared.

2. Refunds

Your membership starts on the date that you purchased it. If you purchase a pack of 5 sessions you must use these within 30 days. Day 1 is the day of purchase.

No refunds will be offered on package purchases unless expressly stated to the contrary by Cargo Gym, or as provided by applicable law. Payment is nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

3.Your responsibility for your possessions

You bring all personal possessions to the venue at your own risk. We do not accept legal responsibility for any possessions you lose or that are damaged or stolen at the venue, including any possessions stolen from our container or any other vehicle operated by one of our instructors.

4. Accidents and injuries

4.1 If you have an accident or injure yourself at one of our classes, you must report this to the instructor straight away.

4.2 You must pay particular attention to any instruction given by one of our instructors related to your health and safety.

4.3 We do not accept liability for the injury or death of any member that may happen at one of our classes, other than the liability which arises from our negligence or our failure to take reasonable care.

4.4 It is your responsibility to make sure you are medically fit and capable of completing the class.

5. Termination and Cancellation.

Reservation Of Right To Cancel or Withdraw Service.

Cargo Gym reserves the right to withdraw any service without prior consultation to withdrawing such service.

You agree that Cargo Gym, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate any account (or any part thereof) you may have with Cargo Gym or use of the Gym and remove and discard all or any part of your account or any content uploaded by you, at any time.

Cargo Gym may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to Gym, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Gym or any account you may have or portion thereof and/or Gym may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that Cargo Gym will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination, provided that, if Cargo Gym terminates your account other than due to breach by you of these Terms, Cargo Gym shall refund a pro-rata proportion of any fees paid for the Package in which such termination takes effect.

7. Data Use

You agree that Cargo Gym is able to share your data with third parties which it believes necessary.
