SHERYL

Sheryl is our resident Powerlifter having lifted in the British Powerlifting Championships!

In 2020 Sheryl gained her Personal Training qualification and a couple of years later gained the challenging Level 4 qualification in Strength and Conditioning. 

Sheryl graduated from Stafford University with a degree in forensic science and when she isn’t teaching or lifting you can find her with her beloved pug Bundy watching a crime documentary.
